The online store of the German multinational Würth in Colombia was facing problems that affected its performance and user experience, including deficiencies in design, functionality and site management. The main challenges identified were outdated design in relation to user experience trends, lack of responsive experience, problems in user registration and content management. In addition, lack of independence to update their content, which generated additional costs.
EvolutecC implemented a global restructuring plan for Würth Colombia's e-commerce, dividing the solution in several stages: Backend optimization to allow the Webmaster to manage content without depending on the technical team, integration with WooCommerce to improve user registration and shopping experience, improved connection with the CRM to optimize the management of cities and departments, UX/UI redesign for an attractive and functional interface, and establishment of a periodic maintenance plan to ensure the proper functioning and scalability of e-commerce in the future.
