

Texicor had an internal web platform designed to manage curtain orders, payments, delivery routes, and commercial control. This tool centralized operations between sales teams and the administrative area, allowing the registration of customized orders by product, measurements, and materials, as well as the management of deliveries and payment reconciliations.
With the company’s growth, it became essential to optimize the platform to support a higher volume of operations and streamline overall business management. The system showed slow data loading times, limitations in applying business rules (such as transportation discounts), a lack of analytical reporting, and insufficient traceability by user roles. Texicor needed a solution that could improve performance, strengthen security, and enable data-driven decision-making through integrations with tools such as Power BI.
