The case
When Super Audio first contacted us, their website did not meet the design and functionality standards required to support their business growth. Their e-commerce platform experienced issues with navigation, purchase process, and inventory management, negatively affecting both customer experience and internal efficiency. Consequently, EvolutecC was hired to redesign their e-commerce site with the aim of enhancing user experience (UX/UI), implementing a self-manageable structure, and improving site functionality.
Following the success of this initial project, Super Audio has continued to rely on us for ongoing platform support. Recently, they entrusted us with a new UX/UI redesign and e-commerce scalability project to stay current with technology trends and maximize both conversions and internal management capacity.
The solution
EvolutecC conducted a full redesign of Super Audio’s e-commerce platform, focusing on optimizing user experience (UX/UI) to provide intuitive navigation and a streamlined purchase process. Essential plugins were updated, internal tool integration was improved, and a self-manageable structure was created, enabling the Super Audio team to efficiently manage content and inventory. Additionally, thanks to recent technological updates, we incorporated improvements in speed and site performance, significantly boosting conversions and enhancing the experience for both customers and the internal team.
EvolutecC carefully analyzed Super Audio's challenges and developed a comprehensive strategy to address its issues and achieve meaningful changes for e-commerce conversions.
The main results obtained were:

User interface: EvolutecC interdisciplinary team identified different points where the user interface caused confusion in navigation. UX/UI trends were implemented in the new design, aiming at navigability and high functionality of the design.

Payment gateway: To increase the sales channels of the company and the conversions on the site; from the planning of the project it was proposed to implement an effective payment channel, which would allow customers to connect their bank account securely.

Efficient administration: Thanks to the creation of interactive banners through the “slider revolution” technology, Webmaster can easily update the main information without relying on a technical team. This integration is part of the design strategy reflected in the final result.

Efficiency in inventory management: Automation of the CRUD process facilitated daily inventory management, reducing errors and improving product availability.
