The case
The collaboration between EvolutecC and Murarte started in Colombia, when the company was still operating under the name ECOAPPS and launched uFlou as a clean mobility app. At that stage, EvolutecC was hired to provide technical support, enhance geolocation accuracy, strengthen system security, and resolve critical performance issues in the app.
Later, as the team transitioned to Europe and Murarte consolidated itself as an international group, the scope of support expanded significantly. It was no longer just about a single app—it became about a growing digital ecosystem. Murarte entrusted EvolutecC with the support and ongoing evolution of all its digital products, from reengineering uFlou to developing new platforms like the Energy Savings Certificate (ESC) system, the internal survey tool, and the Urban Data Tech (UDT) dashboard.
Each of these solutions required not only technical development but also a deep understanding of the European context, integration with urban sustainability processes, and collaboration with distributed teams across Colombia and Spain.
The solution
EvolutecC implemented an evolutionary support model based on dedicated technical squads, agile methodologies, and continuous assistance.
The process began with a full reengineering of uFlou, migrating the app from Ionic to React Native, improving performance, enhancing geolocation accuracy, and integrating new features like a carpooling module.
Simultaneously, EvolutecC designed and developed a web platform to manage Energy Savings Certificates (ESCs), complying with Spain’s technical and regulatory requirements. The platform includes simulators, document uploads, user roles, and multi-stage validations.
Next came the development of Urban Data Tech, an interactive dashboard that allows Murarte and its clients to visualize the environmental impact of urban interventions geographically, generate PDF certifications, and receive automated alerts.
An internal survey platform was also built for organizational diagnostics. All of this is supported by a dedicated EvolutecC team that works continuously, handling incident management, new features, quality assurance, UI/UX improvements, and integrated technical documentation.
Thanks to the partnership with EvolutecC, Murarte consolidated a technological ecosystem aligned with its vision for sustainable urban development and European scalability. Today, it benefits from robust, adaptable digital solutions focused on environmental efficiency.
