The case
Grupo del Llano managed several institutional websites independently, which led to duplicated efforts, security gaps, and an inconsistent digital experience across its companies.
Some sites, such as Llanogas, Cusianagas and Bioagrícola del Llano, operated on older versions of Drupal that required upgrades to enhance performance and security. Acciones Empresariales and Potenza Inversiones needed new websites built with a more flexible and self-manageable architecture aligned with the group’s corporate identity.
The challenge went beyond a simple technological update: the group needed to design a sustainable model for maintenance and technological evolution that would ensure operational continuity, scalability, and visual consistency across different platforms while maintaining independent infrastructures and administration systems.
The solution
EvolutecC designed and implemented a comprehensive strategy to modernize, optimize, and maintain Grupo del Llano’s digital platforms, ensuring long-term stability, security, and scalability.
A full technical migration to Drupal 11 was carried out for the Llanogas, Cusianagas, and Bioagrícola del Llano websites, optimizing the codebase, strengthening CMS security, and improving performance through advanced cache configurations and integration with Redis and Cloudflare. These portals maintain content management through Drupal’s native editor, using custom HTML blocks and components.
In parallel, new Drupal websites were developed for Acciones Empresariales and Potenza Inversiones, built on a self-manageable architecture using the Gavias visual builder (drag and drop), with responsive design, SEO optimization, and integrated analytics tools.
Finally, EvolutecC implemented a continuous technical support model based on a postpaid hour-based system, including preventive maintenance, periodic updates, continuous monitoring, and strategic consulting. This model enables Grupo del Llano to keep all platforms up-to-date, secure, and evolving, with EvolutecC as a long-term technology partner.
