The case
Ecuasouvenir needed to build an institutional platform from the ground up—one that would not only convey its brand professionally but also meet the technical demands of its B2B business model. The solution had to support differentiated ordering workflows, client-specific pricing logic, large catalog management, and document automation integrated with their ERP system.
The project scope included UI/UX design, frontend and backend development, integration with internal administrative processes, and deployment on infrastructure optimized for speed, security, and scalability. All features had to be delivered in a single implementation phase, with precise deliverables and high-level technical support.
The solution
EvolutecC developed a customized B2B eCommerce platform based on WordPress + WooCommerce, with responsive design, optimized navigation, and business logic tailored to institutional operations.
A document automation module was created to generate a consolidated PDF at the close of each order, grouped by main SKU, including configurable payment terms and layouts aligned with Ecuasouvenir’s corporate identity. Additionally, a flat file was automatically generated, fully compatible with the technical requirements of the client's ERP system, eliminating manual processes and reducing human error.
A bulk client import feature via CSV was also implemented, allowing for differentiated pricing, user role assignment, and conditional visibility of products and content. The entire solution was deployed in a cloud environment with CDN, monitoring, advanced security, and a staging environment for testing. The process included QA, technical documentation, and training for Ecuasouvenir's internal team.
