In 2023, UTPN needed a technological partner to design a solid, modern platform that met the requirements of the ANI.
The challenge was to build a portal capable of centralizing information from more than 30 toll and weighing stations, supporting a high volume of queries, and facilitating the internal management of citizen requests through an integrated PQRS system, with document support, interactive maps, and intuitive administrative tools.
Additionally, the organization sought to ensure the continuity and growth of the project with a technical support and evolutionary maintenance plan to keep the portal updated and adapt it to new institutional needs.

EvolutecC developed a custom web portal, tailored to the functional and design requirements of UTPN. The solution included:
Development of a PQRS management platform, document registration, and request tracking.
Integration with Google Maps, allowing users to locate toll stations, rates, and vehicle categories.
Self-managed administrative panel, which facilitates the publication of information, news, and reports without relying on third parties.
Institutional and responsive design, optimized for different devices and focused on user experience.

The Unión Temporal de Peajes Nacionales portal has become an essential tool for institutional communication and the operational management of road information.
Key results obtained:
Robust and centralized web portal, with updated information from more than 30 toll and weighing stations, enabling quick and effective consultations.
Automation of internal processes through the development of the PQRS platform and document validation, reducing response times and optimizing the management of citizen requests.
Increased accessibility and interaction, thanks to the integration with Google Maps and rate query modules, improving the experience of navigating and locating toll stations.
Content management autonomy, enhancing the efficiency of the communications team, enabling them to update information and manage the portal independently without relying on external technical support.
Technical support and continuous evolution since 2023, with constant improvements in security, performance, and functionality, ensuring the portal remains updated and adaptable to new institutional needs.
