The case
Nediar had a WordPress website that, although visually functional, presented significant technical risks in its structure, as the main portal was hosted within a subfolder on the server. This configuration created a scenario prone to redirection errors, broken links, and indexing issues, which could negatively impact user navigation and search engine positioning.
Additionally, the Nediar team identified the need to implement technical and content SEO improvements, based on a specialized report, with the aim of strengthening the site's organic visibility and correcting findings related to indexing, performance, and semantic structure.
As part of the evolution of its digital ecosystem, the need also arose to integrate an intranet access section that would allow internal access to be managed securely, without affecting the public site experience or compromising the visual consistency of the platform.

EvolutecC designed and executed a comprehensive technical intervention focused on stability, order, and technological sustainability, combining corrective actions, strategic optimizations, and a permanent support scheme.
As a first step, a clean technical migration was performed from the WordPress site to the server root, eliminating the previous subfolder-based structure. This process included the correct configuration of links, redirects, file structure, and the debugging of previous versions of the site, ensuring a controlled transition without operational interruptions.
At the same time, technical and content SEO improvements were implemented, strictly aligned with the report provided by the client. These actions strengthened the site's indexing, optimized metadata, improved semantic structure, reinforced basic security aspects, and optimized the platform's overall performance, laying a solid foundation for organic growth.
In addition, an intranet access section was developed and integrated into the institutional website through a visible access point and a landing page protected by authentication. This solution allowed Nediar to enable secure internal access while maintaining visual consistency and an experience aligned with the website's identity.
