The case
Liderazgo Integral Transformacional (LIT), a consulting firm specializing in leadership and operational excellence, needed to digitize its DISC evaluation process. Their goal was to centralize operations in an intuitive, scalable, and secure platform that would allow companies, distributors, and individuals to access, complete, and receive personalized DISC assessments online.
The previous model was manual, inefficient, and limited in terms of scalability. It lacked integration with payment systems and analytics tools, which hindered business growth and operational insight.
The solution
EvolutecC developed a custom web portal that fully supports the DISC-LCC model, tailored to LIT's specific business rules. Key features included:
